Hepursuedhis Masters in General surgery from Post Graduate Institute and Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh. He completed his MCH training from the prestigious Department of Liver Transplant and Gastrointestinal Surgery, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. During his tenure, he got immense training in hepatopancreaticobiliary and GI surgical procedures. Thereafter he pursued his interests to gain enormous experience in the field of Liver transplantation, Hepatic, Biliary and Pancreatic surgery, during his fellowship in Liver transplant at Indraprastha Apollo hospitals, New Delhi. Presently working as attending consultant in Apollo liver transplant and Hepatopancreatic biliary unit. His current areas of interest include liver transplant, donor hepatectomy and management of hepato-pancreatic biliary malignancies.
